Ericka Jennings – Chief Executive Officer

Ericka Jennings is CEO of Green Key Real Estate and a real estate agent practicing in the larger Bay Area. As an EcoBroker® and Certified Green Building Professional, Ericka brings her extensive knowledge of green building practices to every transaction. Viewing the home as a whole system has greatly influenced how she does business — from advising clients on what green repairs and improvements they can make, to collaborating with other agents and vendors to support the transaction.

Ericka obtained a Masters in Business degree from San Diego State University with a focus on Entrepreneurship & Social Responsibility. There she wrote a thesis entitled Seed to Blossom: Planning for a Socially Responsible Business, in which she interviewed owners and managers about best practices and business planning in the emerging social entrepreneurial scene.

Ericka believes that through personal effort and conscious decisions, we can truly impact our environment in positive ways.

Cassandra Ferrera – Chief Community Officer

Cassandra Ferrera is an owner and active agent in Sonoma County where she leads the North Bay sales office. She infuses her real estate practice with her passion for community and sustainable lifestyles. Her clients enjoy her systems approach to creating an integrated lifestyle and her extensive professional network of allies.

Cassandra has been actively exploring home and community since the early 90’s, with an interdisciplinary degree in Humane Structures. She has a Permaculture Design Certificate and is a fellow of the Leadership Institute for Ecology and the Economy.

Cassandra believes that life is richer and more fulfilling when we become “of place” and feel connected to our local community.

Thomas Neece – Director of Building & Developer Services

Thomas Neece brings positive momentum and a commitment to follow-through, to every project in which he is involved. Thomas was a development partner for the first all “Solar” subdivision in Northern California and is an active proponent for a permanent Green change in the Real Estate and Development industry.

He began his career in Real Estate development in South Africa,where he prepared custom lots for new homes on the Cape area coastline. Mr. Neece also played a significant marketing and supervision role in the restoration of two downtown Los Angeles restoration projects. He has recently acted as a consultant for a major international commercial lender and has traveled internationally performing on-site due diligence of development projects. For the past few years, agents working under Thomas, have enjoyed the organizational tools and guidance he offers to help them advance in their Real Estate, Lending and Development Careers.

Mr. Neece is the broker of record and a partner in the Green Key Real Estate franchise in San Mateo County, California and is a graduate of University California Santa Cruz.
