Nancy has lived in the Bay Area for over 25 years. She is fascinated with home design, the use of space and the building of green homes. She has been a realtor for over 5 years representing sellers and buyers in the Bay Area residential property market specifically Berkeley, Point Richmond and Marin. She acts as a “green” resource for her clients. Her extensive experience and knowledge of the green marketplace has given her a diverse directory of services to recommend to her clients.

Nancy is a certified Build it Green Professional and a member of the Build It Green Real Estate Council and the Sustainable Business Alliance. Her professional affliations include the East Bay Realtors Association, the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, Marin Association of Realtors, Ecobroker International, e-PRO and the Golden Gate School of Feng Shui.

Her passion is working with the energy of space to create peaceful and healthy environments. She uses her knowledge of Feng Shui and sacred geometry principles to assist her clients in finding and creating the perfect home. She has a Masters of Intuitive Medicine and has a private practice as an intuitive consultant.

Nancy graduated with a Bachelors of Sociology and Psychology and also has a degree in Fine Art. Her appreciation of art has taken her into the film world. She has been on the staff of the Telluride Film Festival for over 18 years and continues to avidly watch international cinema.

Nancy’s vision, to support the creation of sustainable communities is a key element in all aspects of her business.
