Andrew Pitarre has been a real estate development and sales professional since 2001. He began his career managing large commercial and residential investment projects for an entrepreneurial real estate developer. In this role he developed the skills and knowledge to facilitate complicated real estate development and sales processes involving many different parties.
Building on this experience, Andrew moved on to work with Lennar Homes, a national Fortune 500 Homebuilder / Developer managing property acquisitions and new project investments. This included all aspects of locating opportunities for growth, underwriting and purchasing properties, and then capitalizing on them to facilitate the Company's mission of delivering quality homes for its customers.
In these roles he purchased and sold over $100 Million in real estate properties, both representing third parties and as a Principal giving him the unique opportunity work with individual homebuyers purchasing their homes, real estate investors, and property sellers as well as professional consultants, contractors, and government officials. This experience enables him to provide an unparalleled level of service from a homebuyer's perspective, which ensures quality results for all parties involved.
Andrew is a California native with a passion everything that occurs outdoors in the sun. Green Key Real Estate is a natural setting that enables him to service his clients with his experience in real estate transactions and ensure that his efforts have a positive effect on the Real Estate industry as well as the environment in which he loves to live and play.
In addition to being a licensed Realtor, Andrew is a Member of the Urban Land Institute and received a Certificate in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics to compliment his Business Degree from the Sid Craig School of Business at CSU Fresno.
Andrew uses his professionalism, attention to detail, creativity and patience to service the needs of his clients, whether purchasing their first home, or their next investment property.
