Barry is a 3rd generation Bay Area Realtor®, who’s last name just happens to match his vision and values. As a Certified Green Building Professional and trained life coach, Barry has a unique set of tools in which to help people in real estate. In life coaching, he supports clients in looking carefully at the “stories” they live by in order to begin creating a new “life story.” The coaching process is not so unlike the mission of Green Key Real Estate which seeks to help homeowners “green” their stories of home, family and community.

Based in beautiful Santa Cruz County, Barry is intimately familiar with the qualities that draw people to the unique coastal and mountain communities there. Regardless of the economy, people will always come to Santa Cruz for a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Born and raised in San Jose, CA, Barry has called Santa Cruz home since 1989.
