Environment California is a statewide, citizen-based environmental advocacy organization. Their
professional staff combines independent research, practical ideas and
tough-minded advocacy to overcome the opposition of powerful special interests

environment. We focus exclusively on protecting California's air, water and open
spaces. Environment California

Friends of the Urban Forrest is a non-profit committed to the belief that trees are a critical element of a livable urban environment. Since 1981, FUF has offered financial, techinical and practical assistance to individual and neighborhood groups who want to plant and care for trees.
