Green Key – East Bay was founded by husband and wife team Eric Hoffman and Ericka Jennings to model best practices in the emerging field of green real estate. Many of the processes and procedures for the company get worked out through our office’s on-the-ground experimentation, and we are proud to contribute to the sustained growth of the company.

Our goals are to educate our clients about how to green their homes -- whether they are buying or selling; to positively contribute to our clients financial bottom-line, and to explore how real estate can make a difference.
