Tiffany Elston - Director of Environmental Impact, Green Building Professional

Tiffany Elston came to Green Key with a solid background in Human Studies and Environmental Issues. As a student working towards a degree Human Ecology at College of the Atlantic in Bar Harbor, Maine, Tiffany worked with the San Francisco Department of the Environment in the Residential and Commercial Green Building Program.

Tiffany has studied the impacts of development and various building practices in rural and urban communities all over the world and is deeply committed to increasing the number of environmentally sound buildings available to residents in across the country.

With Real Estate being the largest vehicle for wealth and the world, and buildings being disproportionate consumers of energy, Tiffany believes that the nexus between the Real Estate market and building practices should be utilized to elevate standards and procedures in both industries.

Tiffany is a member of Build It Green’s Real Estate Council and Steering Committee and will be playing a vital role in ensuring the GreenPoint Rated System becomes and integral component of the Multiple Listing Service. She is also a Certified Green Building Professional and a participant in the Green Affordable Housing Coalition. Tiffany can be reached at Tiffany@GreenKeyRealEstate.com.
